What method of payment do you accept?
Fantasy Gifts® accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. You may pay for your online order with a money order sent to: Fantasy Gifts®, 4555 West 77th Street, Edina, Minnesota, 55435. Please note: Our credit card processing system requires that you provide the billing address of your credit card. This is designed to protect us and credit card users from possible fraudulent charges. Therefore, we must verify that your address and zip code match before we ship any item. Sorry, COD orders are no longer accepted.
Do you use a secure server to process my credit card?
We use SSL encryption, the highest level of security available on the Internet. No credit card number has ever been stolen using this system, and just to be extra safe, we never store your credit card number online.
Why am I having trouble using my credit card?
If you are having trouble getting your card to go through yet you have the funds to cover the cost of your order, please check that your billing address is correct. Our credit card processing system requires that you provide the billing address that your credit card has on file, even if this address is different than your shipping address. This is designed to protect us and credit card users from possible fraudulent charges. Therefore, we must verify that your address and zip code match before we ship any item. Please note: Declined transactions may show up temporarily if you are checking your balance online. This is to show you that there has been an attempt to charge your card. These types of transactions will drop off.
What if I want to return my purchase?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Absolutely no refunds will be permitted on any item.
Due to state health codes and biological hazards of intimate items, there are no refunds or exchanges on personal items for any reason.
Only unworn, unopened and in new condition items of lingerie* (excluding underwear) may be returned within 5 days for a different size of the same item.
*All discounted lingerie is sold AS IS and cannot be returned for any reason.
Only defective DVD’s can be exchanged. Defective DVD’s must be returned within 5 days of purchase with receipt and original packaging. DVD’s must be viewed by a manager and determined defective before a replacement DVD can be issued.
All exchanges must be approved by Fantasy Gifts. Any packages sent back without prior approval will be refused.
Raised voices, temper tantrums, and rude behavior will not change our almost 40 year old policy.
